Welcome to LuxLet Africa! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LuxLet website and mobile application (“LuxLet App”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our services. By accessing or using the LuxLet App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of LuxLet Services
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the LuxLet App. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

2. Booking and Payments
2.1 Booking Confirmation
By booking a luxury car rental through the LuxLet App, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by LuxLet Africa and the respective car rental provider.
2.2 Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings by the pricing and payment terms disclosed on the LuxLet App. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
3. User Conduct
3.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities when using the LuxLet App. This includes but is not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Impersonating any person or entity.
- Interfering with the operation of the LuxLet services.
- Breaching the security of the LuxLet App.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
LuxLet Africa retains all rights, titles, and interest in and to the LuxLet App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software.
4.2 License
Subject to these Terms, LuxLet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the LuxLet services for personal and non-commercial purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
LuxLet Africa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the LuxLet App.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LuxLet Africa harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the LuxLet services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
LuxLet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. We will notify you of significant changes through the LuxLet App or other communication channels. Your continued use of the LuxLet services after the posting of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
